JOHN 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16 might be too well-known to us for its lesson to have the intended effect on us. When it is said that God loves the earth, it is referring to the world's inhabitants.
Even criminals are loved by God. God loves EVERY single person in the entire universe. ( God loves them, even though it does not indicate He accepts their conduct.)
God imprinted the human race with his own likeness. We are God's offspring, just like Him.
Parents cherish their children dearly. Regardless how many kids a parent has, all children are loved and treasured to them.
The same is true of God, who is clearly very capable of love.
It can be challenging to keep in mind that individuals are valuable to God when we are dealing with those who are acting badly.
LUKE 6:35-36 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Humans will endure forever. In the future, people will stay with God and enjoy His delight.
Let's keep our attention on what is truly valuable and useful. The value of a human being is greater than that of material possessions, even if that person is not yet perfect. Material possessions are good and have their place, but they are nothing in comparison.
People are important despite their flaws. God treasures you greatly! Everybody else is also.
SAY THIS: Every one is treasured to God.
