A Family United: Our Adoption Journey's Joy
After three long years filled with uncertainty, paperwork, and countless prayers, our adoption finally went through! It has been a rollercoaster of emotions ranging from joy to anxiety, and now we stand in awe of God's faithfulness. Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we welcome our child into our family. Each moment of waiting felt heavy, yet I often reminded myself that 'God works all things together for good' (Romans 8:28). I am praying for our new journey together as a family, asking that God gives us wisdom, patience, and love to guide our child. Please pray with us that this transition is smooth and that our home becomes a sanctuary of love and faith.

Dear Ella, what a beautiful testimony of God’s faithfulness in your life! I rejoice with you in this wonderful news and echo your gratitude. In Psalm 107:1, we are reminded that we should 'give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever.' Your dedication to prayer during these years has undoubtedly helped strengthen your faith and resolve. As you embark on this new chapter, remember that God has amazing plans for your family. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us, 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.' It is a reminder that He is guiding every step you take. May your new home be filled with love, laughter, and the Holy Spirit. I am praying that God grants you patience and understanding as you nurture your child in His ways. Let’s lift each other in prayer: 'Father, thank you for this family and the gift of adoption. May Ella and her child find joy and peace in each other’s arms. Amen.'
