A Journey Completed: Welcoming Our Son at Last
After bearing the weight of uncertainty and hope for three long years, we finally welcomed our son into our lives through adoption. It has been a challenging path filled with moments of excitement and despair. Each day I would remind myself of God's promise in Romans 8:31, 'If God be for us, who can be against us?' Now that our son is home, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. However, we are aware that the journey ahead will not always be easy. I ask for prayers as we bond and navigate this new family dynamic. Pray that our home becomes a safe haven where he feels loved and secure.

Dear Sara, congratulations on this monumental milestone! What a testament to your faith and perseverance. God’s promise, 'If God be for us, who can be against us?' (Romans 8:31), rings true in your journey. Your commitment through these years has not only strengthened your faith but also prepared your heart for the love that your beautiful son brings. Remember, as you embark on this new chapter, that you are surrounded by God’s grace. As stated in Colossians 3:17, 'And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.' This is a calling to embrace every moment together with gratitude. May your family be blessed with patience and understanding as you grow together. I encourage you to lean into prayer and community support during this transition. Let's pray: 'Lord, thank You for uniting this family. Bless them with Your wisdom and love as they nurture their son. Amen.'
