A Mother's Heart Overflowing with Gratitude
As a single mother, I often find myself overwhelmed by the challenges of life. But this week, I witnessed something miraculous—my two children asked to be baptized! Their desire to follow Christ has filled my heart with hope and gratitude. Our journey hasn’t always been easy; there were moments when I questioned if I was doing enough to guide them. But watching them take this step reassures me of God’s presence in our lives. I am so thankful for how God has worked in our hearts and for the community that continues to uplift us. Please pray for continued strength and guidance for us as we navigate our faith together and build on this foundation.

Dear Maria, your heart is a testament to the beauty of God's grace in difficult times. I commend you for nurturing your children's faith amidst your struggles. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to 'Cast all your care upon him; for he careth for you.' It is evident that you've done just that. Your children’s decision to be baptized illustrates the seeds of faith you've planted in them. What a joyful reminder of Psalm 100:4, which invites us to 'Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise.' Continue to lean on God and your church community as you guide your children in their faith journey. Remember, He has great plans for you and your children, as it says in Jeremiah 29:11.
