My heart is shattered after losing my twin sons during my pregnancy. I was already so attached to them, dreaming about their futures and what our family would look like. Now, I feel like a piece of me is missing, a void that can't be filled. My husband is grieving too, but it feels like we’re both alone in our pain. Each day is a struggle, and I find myself questioning why this happened to us. I just want to feel some comfort and hope again.
