A Student's Deep Doubts in Difficult Times
Lord, as a college student, I’ve always relied on my faith to guide me, but now I feel shaken. The pressure of studies, the uncertainty of the future, and personal struggles weigh heavily on me. I struggle to understand how Your goodness can coexist with this anxiety and stress. I want to trust You, but fear and doubt cloud my heart. Please pray for me to regain my faith and find peace amidst these trials. I need Your guidance and strength to carry on.

Dear Jasmine, thank you for reaching out and sharing your heart with us. It’s completely normal to experience doubts, especially during such a transitional phase in life. In Matthew 17:20, Jesus tells us that faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains. Your faith may feel small right now, but it’s enough for God to work with. Understand that your struggles do not negate His goodness; often, they are opportunities for growth in your relationship with Him. Remember that God gives wisdom generously to those who ask (James 1:5), so never hesitate to seek His guidance in prayer. Let His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), envelop you during these uncertain times. I’m praying for you to find strength and clarity, trusting that God is molding you into the person He created you to be. Keep leaning into your faith; it will anchor you in these storms.
