A Young Woman's Struggle in a Faith-Resistant Workplace
I'm a 28-year-old woman working in a corporate environment where openly expressing my faith feels like a taboo. My colleagues often make jokes about religion, and I feel pressured to keep my beliefs to myself. Just last week, a coworker ridiculed someone for going to church, and it left me feeling isolated. I want to share my faith, but I fear backlash. Please pray that I find the courage to stand firm in my beliefs without being bullied or ostracized. I also pray for my coworkers, that their hearts may be softened toward God’s love.

Dear Jessica, thank you for sharing your heart with us. It takes great courage to remain steadfast in your faith, especially in an environment that seems hostile to it. Remember that you are not alone; God is with you. In Matthew 10:32-33, we are reminded, 'Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.' This verse encourages us to be bold in our witness. Pray for strength and wisdom to navigate these challenges. Additionally, Ephesians 6:10 tells us to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Seek His guidance in every interaction, and He will empower you to shine your light amidst darkness. You might also find comfort in 1 Timothy 2:4, which expresses God’s desire for all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Let this inspire your prayers for your coworkers. I will be praying for you, that you may have peace and boldness in sharing your faith. Amen.
