Assistance for My Daughter's Job Performance
Lord, I am reaching out for prayer for my daughter, Olivia, who recently started her first part-time job. She is struggling to keep up with the pace and feels like she is constantly underperforming. This is affecting her mood and motivation. I pray that You give her clarity and focus as she learns the ropes. Please help her to manage her time effectively and not to feel discouraged when things get tough. Remind her that hard work pays off and that she is capable of handling this role. Surround her with understanding coworkers who will guide her and uplift her during difficult days. Thank you for being our constant support.

Dear friend, thank you for your heartfelt prayer for Olivia. It’s typical for new employees to feel overwhelmed, but it’s also a wonderful opportunity for personal growth. Encourage her with Ecclesiastes 9:11, which reminds us that life isn’t always about winning—sometimes it’s about the journey and the lessons learned along the way. As she works hard, remind her of Colossians 3:23, "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." This perspective can bring her peace and joy even when she feels pressured.
