Battling Fear of Change in My Job Role
Hello everyone, I'm a 50-year-old project manager facing a new phase in my career, which includes increased travel and new responsibilities. While I'm excited about these changes, I also feel a deep-seated fear stemming from my phobia of uncertainties. I worry about meeting new teams and adjusting to different environments. This fear is holding me back from experiencing the fullness of what God has planned for me.
