Battling Fear of Judgment and Hell
My name is Linda, and I am 45 years old. I have been a believer for many years, but I can’t shake this fear of judgment and hell. My upbringing instilled in me a deep-seated anxiety about sin and punishment. I often find myself imagining the worst outcomes, even though I know about God’s grace. It paralyzes me, and I can't enjoy my walk with Christ. My heart longs for peace, yet my mind is constantly racing with fears. I need prayer for deliverance from this anxiety and for the ability to fully accept and trust in God's grace and mercy, knowing that His love is greater than my fears.

Grief and Healing Ministry
Dear Linda, thank you for sharing your struggles with us. It’s important to remember that God does not want us to live in fear. 1 John 4:18 states, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment." God’s love is perfect and should bring you comfort rather than fear. It’s evident that your heart desires a closer walk with Him, and I encourage you to meditate on His Word. Romans 8:1 says, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." You are not condemned; you are loved and accepted by Him. Allow yourself to rest in this truth. As you lean into your relationship with Christ, let Psalm 34:4 remind you, "I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears." Keep seeking Him, and He will grant you peace. I will be praying for you, that you find refuge in His love and assurance.
