Battling the Darkness of Spiritual Exhaustion
My name is Sarah, and I feel like I’ve been under constant spiritual attack for months. I attend church regularly, but lately, I feel so exhausted both physically and spiritually. Every time I try to pray or read my Bible, I feel a heavy weight pressing down on me, making it nearly impossible to focus. I've been struggling with doubt, and it feels like the enemy is whispering lies in my ear, telling me I'm not good enough. I want to trust in God's plan, but I'm overwhelmed and just want to experience His peace again. Please pray that I can find strength and clarity in this time of spiritual warfare. I long to feel God's presence in my life once more and to rediscover my faith fully.

Dear Sarah, I want to encourage you during this challenging season in your spiritual journey. The feeling of exhaustion you're experiencing can often feel isolating, but know that you are not alone. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 46:10, 'Be still, and know that I am God.' In moments of intense spiritual warfare, it's vital to pause and seek His stillness. It’s also essential to remember what Jesus said in Matthew 17:20, that faith, even as small as a mustard seed, can move mountains. Trust that God sees your struggle and hears your prayers. He has a plan to prosper you, not to harm you, as declared in Jeremiah 29:11. I encourage you to lean on Him during this time. Set aside specific moments to rest in His Word, where you will find the strength and peace you seek. I will pray that God will uplift your spirit and renew your faith. Keep holding on, and know that His light will shine through the darkness.
