Caring for Employees Amid Financial Crisis
After two decades of running my small business, I've had to let go of many dedicated employees who have become like family to me. I feel an immense weight of responsibility not only for their livelihoods but also for their emotional well-being. I ask for prayers as I seek wisdom on how to support them during this transition. I am heartbroken for the struggles they face, and I cannot help but worry about their futures. Praying for God’s guidance in finding a way to help them during this challenging time would be greatly appreciated.

Dear David, thank you for your heartfelt request. It’s commendable that you care so deeply for your employees even during your own pain. In times like this, remember to lean on God. The Bible assures us in Luke 16:10 that 'He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.' Your faithfulness in caring for your employees speaks volumes about your character. The Lord sees your heart and will guide you in finding ways to support those who are struggling. Additionally, Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us, 'But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth.' Trust that God will provide for all of you during this transition. Let us pray together: Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance for David, as well as support for his employees. Help them find new paths and opportunities in You. Amen.
