Coping with the Pain of Loss and Heartache
I'm a young woman who has faced three miscarriages, and the pain feels like an unbearable weight. Each time I hoped and prayed for a different outcome, only to find myself heartbroken again. I feel like I’m losing faith, not only in the process but in God’s goodness. I know I shouldn’t feel this way, but it’s hard to see the light when all I feel is darkness. I ask for prayers to regain my faith and to find meaning in this suffering—something to hold on to in these dark times.

Dear Ava, thank you for your honesty and openness in sharing your pain with us. It’s completely natural to struggle with your faith during such heart-wrenching losses. In Romans 8:28, we can cling to the promise that 'And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.' Even in the midst of your pain, God is working in ways that we may not yet understand. During this time, I encourage you to turn to Psalm 147:3, which reminds us, 'He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.' Allow God to be your healer, even when it feels like hope is slipping away. Seek community—reach out to those who can walk with you through your grief. Pray for a renewed sense of faith, and trust that God sees you and your heart's desires. Together, we pray for healing and renewed hope in your life. Amen.
