Crushed by Family Disputes Over Wealth
My name is Joseph, and I am struggling deeply with my family dynamics after my father’s death. The inheritance he left behind has become a source of contention between my siblings and me. What was meant to be a time of mourning has turned into accusations and blame. I feel crushed by the weight of this conflict, and it has made me question whether we will ever be able to come back from this. I keep thinking about how my father would feel if he were alive to see us tearing each other apart over money. I desperately want us to find a way to come together and heal as a family. Please pray for wisdom and unity for all of us.

Dear Joseph, I’m so sorry to hear of the distress your family is experiencing. It’s heartbreaking to see love turned into strife, especially in the wake of loss. I want to encourage you that God sees your pain and desires healing for your family. In Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, we are reminded that two are better than one, for they have a good reward for their labor. Your father would want you all to come together during this difficult time. Philippians 4:6 encourages us to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God. Thus, pour your heart out to Him in prayer. Matthew 6:33 urges us to seek first the kingdom of God, and in this pursuit, may you find clarity and understanding. I pray that you and your siblings can find space to listen to one another, forgive, and ultimately mend the bonds that have been strained. May God bless your efforts toward reconciliation. Amen.
