Daily Battle with Postpartum Fears
Dear Lord, I am a new mother struggling deeply with postpartum depression. Each day is a battle filled with fears about my ability to care for my baby. I feel guilty for not being happy and for feeling overwhelmed instead. There are moments when I feel paralyzed by anxiety, and I fear that I am failing my child. I come to You asking for Your healing touch, Lord. Help me to overcome this darkness and to find peace in my heart, so I can fully embrace the gift of motherhood. Amen.

There are healthier days ahead, and I encourage you to reach out for help and talk to someone you trust. God is not just our healer, but He cares for all our needs (Philippians 4:19).
