Desiring God’s Guidance for My Immigrant Workers
As an agricultural supervisor, I oversee a group of immigrant workers who have left their homes in search of a better life. Many of them have faced immense struggles and have stories that would break your heart. My prayer is for God to provide guidance and salvation for each of them. I want to help them find hope amidst their hardships, but I'm uncertain how to navigate their spiritual needs. I ask for prayers that God would open doors for conversations about faith and that He would equip me with the right words to share the Gospel with them. My desire is to see them transformed by Christ’s love and to witness the joy that comes from knowing Him.

Dear David, your heart for your workers is a beautiful reflection of Christ’s love. It’s wonderful to see your desire to guide them toward faith and hope. Remember, God promises in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life. As you seek to lead them spiritually, trust that God will guide your steps and give you the words to speak. It’s through your kindness and care that they will see Christ in you. As it is written in Romans 3:23, all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and it is this awareness that will open their hearts to the message of salvation. I will pray for divine opportunities for you to share the Gospel and for God to prepare their hearts to receive it. May He bless your efforts abundantly as you lead them closer to Him.
