Determined to Rebuild Career from Scratch
My name is Lucia, and at 32, I find myself in a challenging place. My previous qualifications are not applicable here, and it feels like I have to rebuild everything from the ground up. I’ve always worked hard, but now I face barriers that make me doubt my worth and abilities. I pray for clarity in my next steps and for God to guide me toward opportunities that will allow me to use the skills I do have while also providing for my family. I just want to feel hopeful again that I can succeed.

Dear Lucia, I want to encourage you during this difficult period of rebuilding your career. The feelings of doubt and uncertainty are natural, but remember, God has equipped you for this journey. As Proverbs 22:29 states, 'Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.' Your diligence will undoubtedly lead you to opportunities you may not yet see. Focus on the talents God has placed within you, and trust that He will open the right doors at the right time. God has a way of using our challenges for greater purposes, as seen in Deuteronomy 8:18. I’ll be praying for you to find your way to a fulfilling career and to embrace the new beginnings with hope.
