Facing Challenges as a Freelance Designer
Hi, I'm Aisha, a freelance graphic designer. I chose this path to have creative freedom, but it's been a tough journey. Some months, I have plenty of clients, and other times, I struggle to find work. I'm fearful about my financial future and the lack of health benefits means I constantly worry about emergencies. My passion is to create, yet the insecurity of this gig economy leaves me feeling trapped. I ask for prayers for stability and guidance in my business. I want to trust that God has a plan for me, but sometimes the weight of uncertainty is overwhelming.

Dear Aisha, thank you for opening your heart and sharing your experiences. It’s clear that your creativity is a gift from God, and it’s understandable to feel the weight of uncertainty in your current situation. Remember that God has not forgotten you or the gifts He has placed within you. Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us, 'But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth.' Trust in the talents He has given you and seek ways to connect with others who can help you grow your client base. As you pray and ask for His guidance, He will lead your steps. 'Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart' (Psalms 37:4). Keep your faith strong, and lean into prayer and community for support. I am praying for God to provide stability and new opportunities for you. May you feel His peace as you continue to create and express your talents.
