Facing Unjust Treatment at Work
Hi, I’m Maria, and I’m in desperate need of prayer. As a Latina woman, I have noticed an increase in unfair treatment at work lately. I often feel dismissed in meetings, and my input is frequently overlooked. I've tried addressing this with my supervisor, but it feels like no one believes me or they don’t care. I am worried about losing my job, which I need to support my family. This situation has caused me deep distress, as I feel trapped and undervalued. I ask for your prayer to find strength and confidence, and that justice prevails in my workplace. Thank you for your support.

Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your heart and the struggles you are facing. It's heartbreaking to hear about the discrimination you’re enduring. Please know that God stands with you in your pain. He sees your worth and the talents He has given you. In Deuteronomy 8:18, we are reminded that it is God who gives us the power to get wealth, and I believe that includes the ability to thrive in your career. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your voice matters. I encourage you to continue to advocate for yourself while seeking God's guidance during this time. Matthew 6:33 encourages us to seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. I will be lifting you up in prayer, asking God to grant you the strength to persevere, the wisdom to speak up, and the favor needed to change your workplace dynamics. Trust in His timing and His plan for your life.
