Fear and Anxiety About Life’s Uncertainties
As a university student, I often feel paralyzed by the uncertainty of my future. I worry about making the wrong choices in my career, friendships, and personal life. Sometimes these thoughts spiral into anxiety about my mortality and what happens after I die. I try to focus on my studies and my faith, but at night, fear creeps in, leaving me restless. I’ve been praying for guidance and peace, but I still feel anxious. Please pray for me to find solace and confidence in God’s plan.

Dear Maria, I understand the pressures and fears that come during this pivotal time in your life. It’s perfectly normal to feel uncertain about the future, but I want to remind you that God is in control. Philippians 4:6 encourages us, 'Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.' Take your worries to Him, for He cares deeply for you. Remember the assurance found in Romans 8:15, that we are not slaves to fear but children of God. God has a purpose for your life, even when the path seems unclear. I encourage you to lean on your community for support and continue to cultivate your relationship with Christ. Prayer is powerful, and I will be praying for you to experience His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Trust in Him, and find strength in His promises.
