Fear of Starting a New Business
God, I feel Your call to start my own business, but the fear of failing is overwhelming me. I see others succeed and worry that I will never measure up. Each time I think about taking the plunge, I am paralyzed by what might go wrong. I know You have given me gifts to use, but I feel unworthy and fearful of disappointing others. Please help me to step out in faith, trusting that You will provide guidance and support. Help me to remember that my identity is not tied to success or failure, but in being Your child. Amen.

Dear Sophia, your prayer reflects a common struggle. Starting something new can be intimidating, but remember that God does not call the equipped; He equips the called. In Romans 8:15, we are reminded that, 'For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.' Your journey into business is a reflection of your faith in action. Fear can often cloud our vision, but in 2 Timothy 1:7, we are assured, 'For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.' Embrace the gifts God has given you, knowing that success isn't defined by the world's standards. You are already a triumph for stepping out in faith! Let’s pray: Father, give Sophia the courage to launch her business and trust in Your provision. Amen.
