Feeling Isolated in My Beliefs
As a recent convert to Christianity from a different faith background, I often feel isolated and misunderstood by my family and friends. They don't share my new beliefs, and the conversations we have often lead to tension. I long for a deeper connection with fellow believers, but I’m unsure how to find a community that resonates with my experiences. I ask for prayer that I may find comfort in my faith, and that God would surround me with people who uplift and encourage me as I grow in my walk with Him.

Dear Rahul, I commend your courage in following Christ amidst the challenges of isolation. It’s not easy when our loved ones don’t understand our new faith, yet you are never alone in this journey. In Isaiah 40:31, we find promise: 'But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.' God sees you, and He has a plan to connect you with a community of believers who can support and encourage your faith. I encourage you to seek local church groups, online communities, and ministry events that align with your values. Remember, Jesus promised in Matthew 17:20 that with faith as small as a mustard seed, we can move mountains. Hold on to that faith, and you will find your place in the Body of Christ. I pray that God brings the right people into your life, who will walk alongside you in your spiritual journey.
