Feeling Lost in My Online Ministry Efforts
My name is Maria, and I have been trying to create content for social media to share God’s message, but I often feel lost and confused. I started with good intentions, but I find myself caught up in the details and analytics, which distract me from the purpose of spreading the gospel. I feel like I'm more focused on metrics than on ministry, and it’s frustrating. I sincerely desire to reach people with the love of Christ, but I fear that my approach might be more about appearance than substance. Please pray that I can refocus on what truly matters and that God will guide my efforts in a meaningful way.

Dear Maria, it’s essential to remember that you have a beautiful calling to share the love of Christ, and it’s easy to lose sight of that amidst the noise of social media metrics. Your desire to focus on substance over appearance is commendable. As it says in John 10:10, 'I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.' Your mission is to share life—real, authentic life in Christ. Galatians 6:9 encourages us, 'And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.' Stay the course! Your efforts have eternal significance, whether they receive lots of likes or not. Ephesians 2:8 states, 'For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.' Focus on sharing that grace. I will pray for you to find clarity and peace as you refocus your efforts on sharing God’s message authentically. Amen.
