Feeling Lost in My Spiritual Journey
At 40 years old, I’ve been walking with the Lord for many years, but lately, I find myself feeling lost in my spiritual journey. I used to feel so close to God, but now it seems like I’m wandering aimlessly. I’m questioning my faith and what God truly wants from me. I crave a deeper connection with Him and guidance on how to rekindle that intimacy. I ask for prayers that I may hear His voice clearly, understand His will for my life, and grow spiritually. I long to serve Him more effectively but feel unsure of what that looks like in this season of my life.

Dear David, thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your struggles. It's not uncommon to experience seasons of feeling disconnected from God, but I want to encourage you that this does not define your entire journey. In Philippians 1:6, we are assured that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion. Take heart and know that God is still at work within you. It’s important to spend time in prayer and scripture to reignite that intimacy; Psalm 46:10 encourages us to be still and recognize His presence. Allow this time of uncertainty to draw you closer to Him; seek opportunities to serve others, as it often leads to spiritual growth. I pray that the Lord provides clarity and reconnects you with His heart. May you experience His peace and guidance in your journey ahead.
