Feeling Spiritually Depleted and Alone
As a single mother, I often feel spiritually depleted. Between work, taking care of my children, and managing daily life, I’ve lost touch with my prayer life. I used to have such a vibrant relationship with God, but now it feels like I’m just surviving rather than thriving. I want my spirit to be revived, but I need help. I feel lonely and disconnected, like I’m in a desert of faith. Please pray for strength and for a fire to reignite my love for God.

Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your heart with us. Life's challenges can often leave us feeling drained and isolated, but please know that you are not alone. In Psalms 34:18, it is written, 'The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.' God is near to you in your struggles. As you navigate the demands of motherhood, I encourage you to carve out small moments for prayer and reflection, even if they are brief. In Proverbs 3:6, we are taught, 'In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.' Acknowledge God in your daily tasks, and invite Him into your moments of weariness. Remember, He loves you deeply, and He is eager to revive your spirit. Take time to seek Him, and He will renew your strength. My prayer for you is that you feel His loving presence and experience a resurgence of joy and hope in your faith journey. Amen.
