Feeling Torn in a Custody Nightmare
My heart is heavy as I navigate this bitter custody battle for my two children. Every court date feels like a new wound, and the toll it's taking on them is unbearable. I see their smiles fade, and it's like a piece of me dies each time I hear them cry for peace. Their little hearts are torn between their parents, and I can’t help but feel guilty about the chaos surrounding them. I want to be strong for them, but sometimes I feel lost and overwhelmed. I pray that God can intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that restores our family's peace. Please pray for my children’s well-being and that they find comfort amidst this turmoil.

Dear friend, I want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. It’s difficult to see your children in distress, and I commend you for seeking prayer on their behalf. Remember, our God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalms 34:18). I encourage you to lean on Him through this challenging time. As you seek peace for your children, hold on to the promise in Matthew 19:6, where it reminds us that what God has joined together, let not man put asunder. While the situation may feel out of control, trust that God can restore what has been lost. Pray for humility, patience, and love to fill your heart and the hearts of all involved, as 1 Peter 4:8 encourages us to ‘have fervent charity among ourselves.’ I will be praying for wisdom in the decisions ahead and for your children's peace to be restored. May God grant you the strength and comfort you need in this season of life.
