Finding Healing and Hope After Infidelity
I’m a 32-year-old wife and mother who just discovered my husband’s affair. The betrayal has left me feeling shattered and alone. I’m struggling with feelings of unworthiness and doubt about our future. I want our family to heal, but I’m unsure if my heart can truly forgive. I’m reaching out for prayers that God will soften my heart and give me the strength to decide whether to continue rebuilding our marriage or to move on for the sake of my children. I deeply desire love and peace in our home and hope for healing in our family.

Dear Emily, your vulnerability speaks volumes about the love you have for your family. Facing infidelity is one of the hardest challenges in marriage. As you seek healing, remember that God is your refuge. In Psalm 128:3, we see the beauty of a flourishing family, and it’s clear that God desires that for you. In moments of doubt, lean on Ephesians 5:25, where we are reminded of the depth of love that can heal wounds. Trust in God’s plan for your family and ask Him to guide your heart. Let us pray for the strength to forgive and the clarity to make the best decisions for you and your children.
