Finding Hope After Job Discrimination
Hello, I’m Roger, and I am asking for prayers for my current employment situation. I recently faced discrimination at my job based on my age; at 54, I feel dismissed and undervalued compared to younger colleagues. My experience and knowledge seem to be overlooked, and I struggle with feelings of inadequacy. This has affected my confidence and faith in my career. I would appreciate prayers for clarity and direction on whether I should remain in this job or seek something new. I need God’s guidance to help me see the right path and reinforce my sense of worth during this challenging time.
