Finding Peace Amidst Fear of Judgment
Hello, I’m Mark, and I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling deeply with my fear of judgment and hell. Every time I pray or read the Bible, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m not doing enough to earn my salvation. This constant fear keeps me from feeling the joy and peace that should come from knowing Christ. I want to trust in His finished work on the cross, but I feel like I’m battling my own mind. Please pray that God would help me overcome this fear and allow me to experience His grace fully. I want to live in freedom, not in fear.

Dear Mark, thank you for your openness. It takes courage to voice such fears. You are not alone in your feelings; many believers wrestle with similar thoughts. Remember, the Apostle Paul assures us that 'there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus' (Romans 8:1). Your worthiness is not based on your works but on His grace alone. Jesus proclaimed, 'Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest' (Matthew 11:28). He desires for you to experience His peace and joy! Trust that God is faithful to His promises. Let’s pray together: Lord, I lift Mark before You. Help him to cast his fears aside and embrace Your grace and peace. Amen.
