Finding Peace Amidst Hellish Anxiety
Hello, I’m Lisa, a 29-year-old mother of two. I’ve been battling a deep fear of hell that makes it difficult to enjoy life and be the parent I want to be. Every time I think about my children, I panic about their salvation and my role as a spiritual guide. The weight of these worries consumes me and prevents me from resting in God's grace. I desire to instill faith in my kids without my own fears getting in the way. I am asking for prayers not only for myself but also for my children, that we can all grow in faith together. I seek the courage to trust God fully and to live with the peace that only He can provide.

Dear Lisa, thank you for sharing your fears and your heart for your children. It’s clear that your love for them drives your concern. I want to remind you that God is faithful to complete the work He starts in us (Philippians 1:6). He is also deeply concerned about your family’s spiritual journey. As you face your fears, remember Proverbs 3:6, which encourages us to acknowledge Him in all our ways, and He will direct our paths. Trust that God is working in your life and your children's lives, even when anxiety clouds your vision. As you lean on Him, you’ll discover the peace that comes from resting in the assurance of His grace. Let’s pray: Lord, I ask that You ease Lisa’s fears and fill her heart with Your peace. Surround her family with Your love and draw them closer to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
