Finding Peace in Faith Amid Doubts of Miracles
Heavenly Father, I find myself in a place of confusion regarding my beliefs. I know You are real, and I trust Your word, but the lack of miracles in my life leaves me feeling lost and uncertain. Friends often share their powerful testimonies of miraculous interventions, and I wonder why I haven’t experienced that. I want to build my faith on more than just signs; I want a deep, abiding trust in You. Help me to understand that faith can thrive even without dramatic evidence of Your power. Teach me how to see Your everyday blessings and guidance in my life, and help me to rest in Your promises. Amen.

Dear David, thank you for your honest prayer. It’s perfectly natural to feel uncertain at times, especially when comparing our experiences with others. Remember, our faith is not based on the miraculous but on a personal relationship with God. Isaiah 40:31 gives us a beautiful promise: 'But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.' Your journey is unique, and God is working in you in ways you may not yet perceive. Cultivating faith involves embracing His timing and recognizing that He is with you always—just as Psalm 46:10 states, 'Be still, and know that I am God.' Let’s pray: Lord, grant David peace as he seeks You, and help him recognize Your steadfast presence every day. Amen.
