Hi, my name is Lisa, and I'm reaching out for prayer regarding a troubling situation at my workplace. I have recently discovered that my male coworker, who performs similar duties as I, earns a significantly higher salary. As a woman with aspirations to grow in my career, this discrepancy has left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. I work hard every day and strive to maintain a positive attitude, but this pay gap casts a shadow over my achievements. I am seeking the Lord's guidance on how to address this issue constructively, while also trusting Him for financial provision as I continue to seek opportunities that align with my skills and aspirations.
