Finding the Right Words to Share My Faith
Every day at work, I interact with a Muslim colleague who has been curious about my Christian faith. They often ask me questions, but I’m afraid I don’t have the right words to express my beliefs fully. I want them to understand the beauty of a relationship with Jesus without overwhelming them with theology. I pray for wisdom and clarity, but I often feel inadequate. I’m seeking God’s strength to communicate the hope I have in Christ effectively. Please pray for my coworker’s heart to be receptive and for me to speak truth with love. I long for them to know Jesus personally.

Dear Daniel, it’s inspiring to know that your coworker is seeking to understand your faith. God has opened this door for you, and He will equip you to walk through it. In John 3:16, we see God's heart: 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son...' This is the essence of the Gospel—the depth of His love for all, including your friend. When sharing your story, remember that your personal testimony can be powerful. In Romans 10:9, we are reminded that faith is personal and requires belief in our hearts. Use this as a foundation for your discussions. Trust that God will give you the words needed, as He promises in Matthew 10:20, 'For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.' Continue to pray for your coworker's heart; the Lord is at work. I will hold you both in prayer, asking for wisdom and divine moments of clarity in your conversations.
