Healing from the Grief of a Business Collapse
The failure of my business has left me grappling with grief that feels overwhelming and isolating. I dedicated so much of my life to making it a success, and now it seems like everything I worked for has vanished. This loss has taken a toll on my self-esteem and made me question who I am without that title. I find it hard to see beyond this moment of despair. I ask for prayers not only for healing from this grief but also for clarity and direction as I seek to rebuild my life. I hope to find strength in my faith and understand that my identity is rooted in God, not in my accomplishments.

Dear Linda, thank you for sharing your heart with us during such a difficult period. It’s completely normal to mourn the loss of something you worked so hard for, especially when it was a big part of your identity. In these moments of grief, remember that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He sees your struggle and sorrow. Your identity in Him is unshakable, and He is ready to help you rebuild. As you move forward, trust in the promise of Revelation 21:4, where God assures us that all pain will one day cease. I encourage you to seek His guidance through prayer, as He has a new path for you to walk. Let us pray: Lord, I pray for Linda as she navigates this loss. Bring her peace and help her to see the new opportunities You are preparing for her. Amen.
