Hope for My Brother's Transformation
I ask for prayers for my younger brother who is struggling with alcoholism. He is resistant to any conversation about faith or God, which leaves me feeling helpless. I just want him to experience the love and peace that I find in my relationship with Christ. He refuses to acknowledge his need for change, and it weighs heavily on my heart. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will work in his life and that he will be able to see his struggles clearly. I believe that with God, he can find redemption and a new path. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Julia, thank you for your heartfelt prayer request. It is incredibly challenging to witness a loved one struggling, and I commend your commitment to pray for your brother. We must remember that God is a God of hope and transformation. John 3:16 reassures us, 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.' This promise extends to your brother as well. While he may resist conversations about faith now, God can change his heart in His perfect timing. Encourage him through your actions and continue to model Christ’s love. As you pray, ask God to reveal His presence in your brother's life in a way that he cannot ignore.
