Interceding for My Brother's Deliverance
I humbly ask for prayer for my brother, who battles alcoholism and has closed himself off from any discussions about faith. It hurts to see him struggle, and I'm afraid he is losing himself more each day. He believes he is alone in this fight, but I know that Jesus can deliver him from his struggles if he would just open his heart a little. Please pray that God would touch his life deeply and that he would feel the urge to seek help and open his heart to faith. I trust that God can break every chain in his life. Thank you for your support.

Dear Emily, thank you for your sincere prayer request. It’s clear that your brother is in a very tough place, and your love for him shines through your words. Alcoholism can feel like a prison, but Jesus is our ultimate deliverer. Acts 4:12 reminds us that 'Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.' Hold on to the hope that he can find deliverance through Christ. Continue to pray for opportunities to speak about faith—sometimes the right moment comes unexpectedly. Remember the power of gathering others to pray for him as well. Let’s pray together: 'Lord, we lift Emily's brother to You. We ask that You break the chains of addiction and open his heart to Your truth. May he experience Your love and find the strength to seek help. In Jesus' name, Amen.'
