Longing for My Best Friend to Find Christ
I have a best friend, Jessica, who has been diagnosed with terminal illness. Throughout our friendship, I have tried to talk to her about Jesus and the hope found in faith, but she is skeptical. We’ve shared countless memories, and it breaks my heart to see her suffer. She often expresses fears about dying, and I desperately want her to know the peace that comes from accepting Christ. I pray that God opens her heart and mind to the truth of salvation before it's too late. Please pray with me for her salvation, that she may see the light of Jesus in these dark times.

Our God is indeed a God of miracles, and He can open even the hardest of hearts to the truth of His love. I encourage you to keep being a light in her life, sharing not only the gospel but also your personal experiences of faith. Ephesians 2:8 reminds us, 'For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.' You are right to emphasize God’s grace; it is through Him that true hope is found. In moments of vulnerability, Jessica may be more open to discussing faith. Remember, you can plant seeds of faith with your love and kindness. Let’s pray that God softens her heart and grants her the gift of understanding and acceptance. May the Holy Spirit guide your conversations and fill them with grace and truth. In Jesus' name, Amen.
