Longing for My Partner's Faith to Blossom
Hi, I’m Luis, and I've been married to my wife, Ana, for 15 years. I accepted Christ early in my life, but Ana has never been a believer. Our differences in faith have led to challenges in our marriage. I often feel isolated in my beliefs and worry about the future. I love her deeply, and I want her to experience the joy and community that comes from knowing Jesus. Sometimes, I catch glimpses of her interest when I talk about faith-related topics, but those moments are few. I am praying for God to work in her heart, to reveal His truth, and to draw her to Himself. I ask that you pray for me to have the wisdom to share my faith in a way that is loving and gentle, as I desire to be a light in her life. Thank you for your support.

Dear Luis, your heart for Ana is truly inspiring, and it illustrates the deep love that Christ calls us to have for one another. It’s natural to feel a sense of isolation in your faith journey, but remember that your commitment to Christ can serve as a powerful testament to Ana. As Romans 3:23 reminds us, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God," we all stand in need of grace, and God desires to extend that grace to Ana as well. It’s wonderful that you recognize the need for wisdom in sharing your faith. James 1:5 tells us that if any of us lack wisdom, we can ask God who gives generously. Seek His guidance in your conversations, and be patient as you wait for the seeds of belief to take root in Ana's heart. Continue to love her unconditionally and model the joy that Jesus brings to your life. I will join you in prayer for her, that the Holy Spirit will move in her heart and that she will ultimately find her way to salvation. Trust in God's timing, and may His peace fill your home. In Jesus' name, Amen.
