Longing for Restoration After Long COVID
Hello, my name is Aisha. I’m a 38-year-old woman who has been enduring long COVID symptoms for nearly a year. I’ve experienced constant fatigue, memory lapses, and even feelings of isolation. As a community volunteer, serving others brings me joy, but I feel like I’ve lost my ability to help due to my health issues. This has caused me to feel disconnected from my purpose. I’m praying for restoration of my health so I can serve others again and for the strength to endure this challenging season. Please pray with me for healing and renewed purpose in my life.

Dear Aisha, thank you for sharing your heart and struggles with us. It’s hard to feel disconnected from your purpose, especially when serving others is such a vital part of who you are. I want to remind you that God is aware of your pain and is with you in your waiting. In Jeremiah 30:17, we are assured that God will restore health to us; hold on to that promise. Your feelings of isolation are important to bring before the Lord, as Philippians 4:6 encourages us to cast all our anxieties on Him. He cares for you deeply. Remember, even in this season, God is preparing you for a future filled with hope and purpose. Let’s pray: "Heavenly Father, I ask for healing for Aisha and for her purpose to be reignited. May she feel Your presence and assurance as she awaits restoration. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your goodness."
