Longing for Salvation in a Neighbor’s Heart
Hello, I’m Sanjay. I’m writing to request prayer for my neighbor, Priya, who has been undergoing serious health issues. She is a Hindu woman, and despite her struggles, she remains proud of her faith. However, I feel that she is in desperate need of a deeper relationship with God. I have been offering to help her in various ways, but I believe that she needs spiritual peace and hope in her life. I ask for prayers that she will open her heart to the Gospel and seek salvation in Jesus Christ. I truly believe that a personal encounter with Him would bring her the healing she desires, both physically and spiritually. Please pray for her heart to be softened.

Dear Sanjay, thank you for your compassionate heart toward Priya. It’s wonderful to see you taking action to help her during her time of need. The Lord’s heart is for all people to come to know Him, and your prayers for Priya are vital. In Ephesians 2:9, we are reminded, 'Not of works, lest any man should boast.' It’s not about our efforts but about God’s grace that saves. Encouraging Priya to understand that salvation is a gift is important; she needs to know that Jesus is the way to true peace, as stated in John 14:6, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.' Continue to be a source of light and love in her life, and trust that God is working even when we cannot see it. I will be praying with you that Priya’s heart is opened to receive this good news.
