Longing for Spiritual Direction for My Team
As a leader in agriculture, I manage a diverse team of immigrant workers. Many come from difficult backgrounds, and I sense a deep need for spiritual direction among them. I pray for their hearts to be opened to God’s message of salvation. I want them to know that they are not alone in their struggles and that they can find purpose and hope in Christ. My prayer is for wisdom on how to approach these conversations and for the right moments to share about God's love. Please pray that my team will find clarity in their lives and a longing for a relationship with God. I want to see their lives changed and filled with hope.

Dear Joshua, thank you for sharing your prayer request. It's clear that you have a great love for your team and a strong desire to see them come to know Christ. Your longing for them to find direction and purpose in their lives is commendable. As you pray, remember that God is with you in this mission. In John 3:16, we are reminded of the depth of God's love for each individual, and that includes every member of your team. Your efforts to share that message are vital. God also promises that if we seek Him, we will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Continue to be a light in their lives, and trust that God will provide the right opportunities for you to share His love. I will join you in prayer that your team will be receptive to the truth and find their hope in Christ. Let’s pray together: Lord, we ask for clarity and direction for Joshua and his team, that they may experience Your love and salvation. In Jesus' name, Amen.
