Navigating Doubts in My Ministerial Calling
As a 22-year-old Hispanic male seminary student, I am feeling overwhelmed with doubts about my calling in ministry. What started as a passionate pursuit has slowly turned into a battle with discouragement. I find myself questioning if I truly have what it takes to be a minister. My heart longs to serve God and His people, but I am struggling to feel that excitement and commitment. I am reaching out for prayer that God would strengthen my faith and help me to overcome these doubts. I want to feel His presence guiding me and to rediscover the joy of serving Him.

Dear Luis, thank you for opening up about your struggles. Doubts in ministry are common, and it's essential to remember that God uses imperfect vessels to accomplish His work. In James 1:5, we are encouraged to ask God for wisdom, and He promises to provide it generously. Take heart in knowing that your passion for God can be restored. Remember, 'For we walk by faith, not by sight' (2 Corinthians 5:7). God has a beautiful purpose for your life, and He will guide you toward it. Let’s pray: Heavenly Father, we ask that You remove Luis's doubts and fill his heart with renewed passion for Your service. Amen.
