Navigating Tithing Decisions with Limited Income
Hi, I’m David, a recently divorced man in my thirties. After the divorce, my finances took a hit, and I’m struggling to provide for myself and my children. Tithing has always been a part of my life, but now I find myself questioning how I can continue to give when every dollar counts. I feel torn between my commitment to God and the needs of my family. I ask for prayers that I will find clarity in my heart about how to approach tithing during this challenging period. I want to remain faithful and trust that God will meet our needs.

His love for you does not depend on the size of your offerings but on the sincerity of your heart. 2 Corinthians 9:7 states, 'Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.' Trust in His provision as you strive to balance your obligations. Remember, Philippians 4:19 reassures us, 'But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.' Keep praying for God's guidance as He will lead you through these decisions.
