Hi, I'm Michael, and I recently moved for college. I was excited about starting fresh, but I quickly became overwhelmed. The pressure to make friends, keep up with classes, and manage my responsibilities is weighing heavily on me. I find myself feeling anxious, fearing that I won't succeed and that I’ll be alone. I miss my family and the comfort of home. The adjustment has been harder than I expected, and I ask for prayer for peace and courage to face these new challenges.

Dear Michael, thank you for sharing your heart. The transition to college can indeed be daunting, filled with both excitement and anxiety. Remember, you're not alone in feeling this way; many students experience similar challenges. In Romans 8:15, we are reminded that 'ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.' God has not only adopted you into His family but also walks with you in this new chapter. I encourage you to take time to pray and seek God's guidance as you navigate this journey. Philippians 4:7 promises us that 'the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.' Lean into that promise during tough times, knowing He is watching over you. I pray that you will find peace amidst the pressures of college life and that God will surround you with supportive friends. Heavenly Father, I lift Michael into Your care. Grant him peace and strength as he adjusts to this new environment. In Jesus' name, Amen.
