Overwhelmed by the Pressure of Home Education
I am a single mom trying to homeschool my two kids, and I often feel like I’m drowning. Juggling work, teaching, and all other responsibilities is exhausting, and I worry I’m not doing right by them. There are days when I feel inadequate, and I question whether I can truly provide the education they need while ensuring they feel loved and cared for. I crave balance and peace in our lives. Please pray for me to gain clarity and for God to guide my efforts so that I can build a nurturing environment for my children's education and emotional health.

Dear Lisa, thank you for being so open about the challenges you are facing. It takes a strong person to manage all that you do, and I want to remind you that you are not alone in this journey. God sees your efforts and your heart. Remember that He promises in Philippians 4:19 to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. You are doing a wonderful job for being there for your children both as a mother and educator. In moments when you feel overwhelmed, turn to God in prayer, as He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). Let’s pray together: Lord, I lift Lisa up to You, asking for Your strength and wisdom to fill her. Let her know that she is equipped for this task and that You are by her side every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
