Pray for Unity in Our Ministry Team
Hello, I’m Luis. I lead a team of volunteers in an inner-city ministry that focuses on outreach and evangelism. Recently, we’ve faced some challenges that have caused division among our team members. I’m asking for prayer for unity and harmony within our group. We all share the same mission to reach those in need, but differing opinions have led to frustration and conflict. I pray that God will soften our hearts and help us to refocus on our common goal: to share Christ’s love and message of salvation with others. Please pray for reconciliation and that our team will come together in a spirit of cooperation. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Luis, thank you for your dedication to your ministry team and your heart for unity. Conflict can arise even in the best of intentions, and it’s vital to address it with love and grace. Remember the words of Paul: ‘Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you’ (1 Corinthians 1:10). Your desire for reconciliation reflects Christ’s love. ‘For by grace are ye saved through faith’ (Ephesians 2:8). Let this common goal of sharing the Gospel unite you all. I will pray that God will guide your discussions and strengthen your teamwork. May He help all involved to remember the mission you are called to complete together. Let’s pray: Lord, bring unity and peace to Luis’ ministry team, allowing them to share Your message effectively and boldly. Amen.
