Prayers for My Crew's Faith Journey
As I work alongside my crew every day, I notice their struggles and the weight of their pasts. I feel a strong urge to pray for their salvation and hope. Many have faced hardships that seem insurmountable, and I desire for them to find peace and joy in Jesus. I ask for your prayers for not only their hearts to be softened but for me to have the right words to speak into their lives. I want to be a source of encouragement and a reflection of God’s love. It’s my hope that they will come to know Him and find true rest. Thank you for supporting this mission.

Carlos, your heart to see your crew come to know Jesus is commendable. God has placed you in their lives for a reason. Remember that in Romans 6:23, we read, 'For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.' This gift is for everyone, including your workers. Your compassion and willingness to share the gospel can plant seeds of faith in their hearts. As you walk alongside them, let’s also remember 2 Peter 3:9, emphasizing that God wishes for none to perish. Pray for opportunities to share His truth. I will pray for you and your crew, trusting that God is at work in their lives.
