Prayers for Resilience in the Face of Drought
Hi, I'm Maria, and I come from a family of farmers. This year, our crops have been severely affected by drought, and I find myself in despair over what this means for my family's future. The stress is mounting, and I am worried about paying our bills and supporting my children. I am asking for prayers to help us find resilience and a way through this crisis. I know that with God’s help, we can overcome this, but right now, I feel overwhelmed and scared. Your prayers would mean a lot as we navigate this difficult time.

Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your heart with us. It’s clear that you are carrying a heavy burden, and I want you to know that you are not alone. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). In this time of trial, I pray that you find strength in Philippians 4:13, which says, 'I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.' Lean on Him for encouragement and resilience. Remember, your faithfulness in this situation will not go unnoticed, and your perseverance will bear fruit. Let’s pray: Father, we ask for your strength to fill Maria and her family. Lift the burden they carry and provide for their needs. Amen.
