Praying for Boldness to Share Christ with My Neighbor
I recently moved into a new neighborhood and am excited about my new neighbor who seems to be friendly and open. I feel a strong urge to share my faith with them but also a sense of fear about how they might react. I pray for boldness and wisdom in approaching them. I want to be sensitive to their background and beliefs. Please pray that God would open doors for conversation and that I would be a true reflection of His love. I long to see them come to salvation and to be able to share the hope I have in Christ. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear David, it’s wonderful to hear your heart for your new neighbor. God often places people in our lives for a reason, and your desire to witness to them is commendable. Remember, as you step out in faith, you are not alone; God is with you. In Acts 1:8, Jesus promises that when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you shall be witnesses. Also, consider Romans 10:14, which reminds us of the importance of sharing the Gospel. Lastly, keep in mind our calling to love others as Christ loves us (John 13:34). I encourage you to pray for your neighbor, seeking opportunities to show kindness and to listen. Let your actions speak, and when the moment is right, share your story. May God give you the courage and clarity to express His love. Let’s pray together: Heavenly Father, I lift up David and his neighbor. Please guide their interactions and open hearts to Your message.
