Praying for Guidance Amid Estrangement from My Son
I am a mother in my 40s, experiencing an overwhelming sense of grief due to my estrangement from my son. It has been years since we have had a meaningful conversation, and it feels like a void in my life. The memories of our time together haunt me, and I constantly pray for the right words to reach him. I feel lost and don't know how to mend our relationship. Please pray that I would be granted wisdom and guidance to know how to approach him and that his heart would be open to restoring our bond. My heart is heavy, and I need the comfort of God to navigate this pain. Thank you for your prayers.

Estrangements can be incredibly painful, but it’s essential to remember the Lord's promise that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). In your prayers, continue to seek God’s wisdom and guidance; He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Trust that God can soften your son's heart and open the lines of communication.
